Clear terms, no surprises

TransferUp.ie provides the transport of luggage, furniture, equipment, shopping, parcels and similar goods within Dublin and nearby areas. We do not provide passenger transport.

Quotes are based on the information you provide: item type, volume, addresses, access conditions and timing. If the actual job differs significantly, the price may be adjusted and confirmed with you before work continues.

A booking is confirmed once we agree a date, time and price. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made shortly before the agreed collection time may incur a charge to cover allocated resources.

You must ensure items are ready and adequately packed, that access and parking are available at both addresses, and that you have the right to send the goods. Please tell us in advance about fragile, heavy or unusually shaped items.

We cannot transport illegal goods, hazardous or flammable materials, live animals, perishable food without prior agreement, or cash, jewellery and documents of exceptional value.

Goods in transit are covered by our insurance, subject to policy limits and exclusions. Claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, inadequate packing by the customer, or indirect losses.

We plan carefully and aim to be on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control. We will always keep you informed.

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Questions? Contact hello@transferup.ie.
