TransferUp.ie is a transport and delivery service operating in Dublin, Ireland. For any privacy question you can contact us at hello@transferup.ie.
2. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to quote and complete a job: your name, phone number or WhatsApp contact, email address, collection and delivery addresses, and details of the items being transported. We may also receive basic, anonymous website analytics.
3. How we use your information
Your data is used to prepare quotes, plan and carry out transport jobs, contact you about a booking, issue receipts, and meet our legal and insurance obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
We process your data to perform a contract with you (your booking), to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving our service.
5. Sharing
We may share limited details with drivers assigned to your job, our insurers, or authorities where legally required. Messaging services such as WhatsApp process communications under their own privacy terms.
6. Retention
Booking records are kept only as long as necessary for service, accounting and legal purposes, and are securely deleted afterwards.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing or request data portability. Email hello@transferup.ie and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
